The Theology of Attachment (with CE)

Many therapists already practice attachment work—even when they don’t call it that. We are constantly assessing safety, trust, disclosure, repair, and the emotional bond that makes change possible.

This training explains the theological roots for what attachment science has been saying all along: we are designed for relationship—within ourselves, with others, and with God. And the most intimate path to being known is disclosure, not performance.

Along the way, we explore how judgment functions outside of connection, why repair is central to redemption, and why “character” is more transformative than behavior management.

If you want a deeper lens for why secure attachment changes everything—and how to hold both compassion and accountability without losing either—this training will give you language, clarity, and a model you can carry into the therapy room immediately.
